By downloading or using RefScale, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

RefScale provides photo-based measurement tools and AI-powered image processing features. Measurements are approximate and should not be used for professional, medical, legal, or safety-critical purposes.

Accounts

You may use RefScale as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions and Credits

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the Apple App Store.
• AI credits are consumable purchases. Unused credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RefScale to process images that:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Contain nudity, violence, or other content prohibited by our AI providers' policies.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

AI Features

AI-generated results may not always be accurate or perfect. Credits are charged per job submission. Refunds for failed jobs are issued automatically where applicable.

Intellectual Property

RefScale and its content are owned by the developer. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By submitting images for AI processing, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of delivering the requested result.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for inaccurate measurements or AI results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
