RefScale is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service and never sell your data.

• Account data — email address and name when you sign in with Apple or Google.
• Usage data — anonymized analytics to improve the app (crash reports, feature usage).
• Images — photos you submit for AI processing are temporarily stored on our servers and deleted after processing is complete.
• Purchase data — subscription and credit purchase records handled through Apple's App Store.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the RefScale service.
• To process AI job requests and deliver results.
• To manage your subscription and credit balance.
• To send important service notifications (not marketing).

Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Images uploaded for AI processing are automatically deleted within 24 hours of job completion.

Third-Party Services

RefScale uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Sign In / Google Sign In — for authentication.
• Apple App Store — for subscription and purchase processing.
• AI image processing providers — for Extend, Remove Object, and Upscale features.
